About Us

Vision

Over the next three years (2023 – 2025), MHA/MAHA will work to strengthen our foundation while looking for opportunistic growth in support of our Mission and Values by concentrating on the following goals:

1. Preserve
   • Establish and maintain processes for support of current properties
   • Maintenance of existing properties
   • Regular resident communications about ways to enhance existing properties
2. Enhance/Growth
   • Generate cash flow for MHA to seed future projects
   • Pre-Development for future housing projects
   • Add to housing portfolio through targeted direct-funding programs (both corporate and personal programs)
3. Community Partnerships
   • Promote MHA/MAHA mission to a broader audience
   • Build collaborative partnership with the Town of Mooresville
4. Compliance
   • Education of Board members relative to Public Housing in order to further support Executive Director
   • Grow network of external partners in order to provide Quality Control mechanisms as well as support for future growth
