• Maintenance Technician

  The Mooresville Housing Authority is seeking a property maintenance technician with experience maintaining residential units and grounds. This position will require a motivated person who enjoys different tasks and the ability to adjust to changes as needed. Applicant must have experience with landscaping, minor residential repairs, painting, and good customer service. Experience in plumbing and HVAC is a plus! Applicant must be able to work in extreme temperatures as well as inclement weather, must possess a valid North Carolina driver’s license, and be insurable under our fleet insurance plan.

  The Mooresville Housing Authority offers paid vacation, paid sick leave, 100% employee paid health and dental, longevity pay, NC Local Government Retirement System benefits, a 401k plan, and an annual uniform allowance.
